CSR

Trainees are actively encouraged to get involved in our CSR programme.

The programme covers:

Charitable giving - We focus on two selected charities for our fund-raising.  We also partner with two schools to provide one-to-one reading support and are involved in initiatives to help improve pupils' social and communication skills. 

Pro-bono - Our pro bono commitments cover a broad range of causes. Clients include Save the Children, the UN High Commission for Refugees and Cancer Research UK.

Diversity - We have five diversity focus groups - ethnicity; lesbian, gay, bi-sexual and transgender; balance; social mobility and women.

Sustainability - We seek to minimise the impact of our business on the environment. For example, we participate in the Cycle to Work Scheme and operate an extensive office recycling scheme.
